Dedication of the new Clinton Library/Heifer International River Rail Streetcar stop was made at 10 a.m., Friday, February 16, 2007 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Here are a few photos of the event. A little dusting of snow from the night before remained on a sidewalk at the Clinton Library. It was 24 degrees.


At the Clinton Library/Heifer International stop, a high school band was setting up before the streetcar arrived with all the celebrants. It's 9:39 a.m. February 16, 2007.
