Drenched MKT green caboose No. 6 and SP Caboose No. 4696 on the rear of QPTNL passing Union Station in Little Rock, Arkansas Wednesday September 5, 2007 at 1:20 p.m. I understand these cabooses belong to the Gulf Coast Chapter (Houston) NRHS and that they are being transported to be repainted.  It was pouring rain at the time of the photos and you can see the rainfalling. The train was headed by NS 9045 at 1:20 p.m. I guess the rain messed up the focus on this one, plus the lens was open pretty wide.
