MAY 21, 2004. We left Salina, Kansas and drove into Nebraska, seeing Fort Kearny and Boot Hill (located in Ogallala, Nebraska).






Fort Kearny, Nebraska, early military fort through which settlers on the Oregon Trail and others would pass on their way west.






Boot Hill in Ogallala, Nebraska, known for many gunfight deaths in that previously roudy town.
