KCS 4048, newly built with the KCS
Heritage Belle colors, was the only locomotive on a Z train passing
Union Station in Little Rock, Arkansas, Sunday morning, October 7,
2007. It was 87 degrees. Other locomotives and cars today:

LEFT-NS 9129 with a pure NS consist, October 6, 9:41 a.m. passing the
depot museum at Brinkley, Arkansas. RIGHT-Airconditioned autorack.


LEFT-Columbus & Greenville boxcar HS 30965. The train was going
track speed, about 60 mph. RIGHT-NS 9685 looking like it's just running
on the grass, turning south on the curve at the Brinkley depot.
