LEFT-UP 8189, the DPU at the end of the coal train. RIGHT-Relatively rare green signal on the Amtrak siding, indicating a train will be on that siding soon. The coal train had not cleared the turnout sufficiently between the two main tracks so routing a train on the Amtrak siding would allow that train to enter the east track.
