Cruise ships dock near the Museum and can be seen from there. This ship was the Ectasy.

I'll be showing several display railroad cars.

Note cruise ship above the FW&D caboose. This particular ship was the Grand Princess.

This scene makes me want to get onboard and go to some far away places.

SP 1303 was being used to switch some display cars around. It's heading out of the gates.

A 3-dome tank car. This reminds me of my first MARX 027 electric train set I got as a Christmas present back when. That also had a 3-dome silver tank  car.

Backing into the fenced yard on another track.

The road crossing was flagged.

Looking to the east at the Museum.

Inside the Museum, which is the original Galveston train station,  are these famous 'talking' statues of ghost passengers of days past.

Looking out the trackside doors from the lobby. ALL ABOARD! (To get the lighting correct on the outside and inside in one shot, I took a spot meter reading through the glass of the trains outside, then locked the exposure - AE Lock - then forced the flash on)

The Galveston trolley barn is located to the left of the Museum.

Trolley tracks in the Strand district.
