According to Ken Ardinger (through Mike Murray), "this a GE 45 ton b/n
28383 11/45 from Lone Star Inds in Limedale,IN where it has been since
new; it is going to Dallas,TX. The orig name was Lone Star Cement &
it was assigned #2, but I see no number in the slide I have."

No. 8462, 9:11 a.m. Sep 29. According to Ron R from Oklahoma, that is a
former LMS C40-8W unit... mainly was used for Conrail as leased power.
Mike Gitlin pointed out it's an NS under the number under the cab.
