These scenes were taken June 2 at Prudhoe Bay. The top two scenes show how our rooms looked and some of our group waiting in the hallway. The middle scenes show us at the Arctic Ocean, which was still frozen down to 20 feet. The air temperature was 35 and the windchill was 10 above. Many walked out onto the ocean. The scene right before the group picture (being shown a video of the area) is of Mile Zero of the Alaska Pipeline. One scene shows the only pay phone we could use. The bottom two were taken just after midnight - note blue sky.
